Virtuoso Guitar Sounds in the Historic Kreuzherrnsaal
On Saturday, October 24, 2026, the Municipal Music School of Memmingen invites you to the concert series Music at Market Time. Florian Amann and Muhammad Badr Anis, advanced guitar students of Denys Melnykov, will present a guitar program in the Kreuzherrnsaal to kick off the weekend.
Guitar Music with a Personal Touch
The concert combines focused musicianship with the immediate atmosphere of a student concert. The focus is on the tonal colors of the guitar, precise synchronization, and the joy of collaboratively working on musical passages. The audience experiences two young musicians showcasing their skills in a special historical space.
Music at Market Time in Kreuzherrnsaal
The concert series of the music school offers various performances at market time from May to October. Teachers perform solo, students craft programs, and different ensembles make the series a diverse component of Memmingen's cultural life.
The Kreuzherrnsaal, with its late Baroque stucco ceiling and the frescoes by Johann Friedrich Sichelbein, creates an impressive backdrop for this. Between historic architecture and clear guitar sounds, a calm, focused live atmosphere is created, musically opening the Saturday.
Free Admission and Open to Music Enthusiasts
The event starts at 11:00 AM and is expected to last until around 12:00 PM. Admission is free, making the concert suitable for anyone wanting to begin market day with classically influenced guitar music, young stage performance, and a special concert experience.
Conclusion
Florian Amann and Muhammad Badr Anis bring virtuoso guitar sounds to the Kreuzherrnsaal. Those who want to experience young musicians from the Municipal Music School live and enjoy an hour of concentrated music in a historic atmosphere should not miss this free concert date in Memmingen.
