Ride together and discover the surroundings of Memmingen
An active afternoon in good company awaits senior citizens at the bike tour of the Cycling Friends Memmingen. The joint outing starts at 2:00 PM at the meeting point Market Square/Fountain and leads into the immediate surroundings of Memmingen.
Movement, Nature, and Social Participation
The tour covers approximately 25 to 35 total kilometers. The exact route is determined by the composition of the group and the weather conditions. This creates a flexible, senior-friendly community experience with room for a suitable pace and personal encounters.
A joint stop is part of it
Each bike tour is associated with a stop. After exercising outdoors, there is an opportunity for conversations, relaxation, and new social contacts in a relaxed atmosphere. Such regular activities enhance well-being and promote social participation in everyday life.
Important information for participation
The bike tour takes place outdoors. A safe, roadworthy setup as well as an assessment of the route corresponding to one's health status are part of personal preparation. The tours are planned based on weather conditions.
For information on participation, Werner Guggenberger is available at 08331/72860.
Conclusion: Together on the road in Memmingen
The bike tour for seniors combines movement, nature, and encounters. Those who want to discover the immediate surroundings of Memmingen together with others will find an active afternoon with personal exchange and a subsequent stop.
