When the Moon Transforms the Forest: A Mindful Night Hike in the Allgäu
The full moon and new moon hikes with Constantin Bachfischer combine nature experiences, meditation, and local stories into a special discovery experience in the Allgäu. In the quiet atmosphere of the nocturnal forest, the hike leads to more tranquility, mindfulness, and conscious perception.
Forest, Moonlight, and Stories
Amidst dark tree canopies, changing moods of light, and the sounds of the night, an intense connection to nature is created. Stories and myths around the forest, moon, and seasons give the city and landscape experience a cultural and sensory dimension.
Movement Meets Meditation
The route covers about 5 to 7 kilometers and around 120 meters of elevation gain. Meditation, coaching questions, incense, quiet moments, and shared experiences alternate with moderate movement. Thus, a cultural enrichment is created for all those who want to experience the Allgäu away from classic excursion destinations.
Practical Information for the Night Hike
The hike is expected to start at 7:00 PM and lasts about two hours. The exact meeting point will be communicated after registration. Weatherproof clothing, good footwear, a mat, and a flashlight are recommended equipment. The event takes place in all weather conditions, except for severe weather warnings, thunderstorms, or heavy ground icing.
Conclusion: Experience Nature Consciously
This meditative night hike opens new perspectives on the forest, moon, and one’s own perception. Those who wish to combine tranquility, movement, and spiritual impulses in an authentic Allgäu natural setting will find here an extraordinary discovery experience.
